These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are set by Game2net B.V., registered in Curaçao under company number 163111, with its registered office at Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Willemstad, Curaçao, referred to below as “ColdBet Partners” or “the Program.” The Agreement governs how individuals and companies take part as Affiliates in the ColdBet Partners Affiliate Program. Joining the Program means accepting every part of this Agreement, including any appendix or update the Program publishes at its own discretion.
By creating an account, an Affiliate confirms they have read and accepted this Agreement and that they are at least 18 years old. ColdBet Partners can check the accuracy of any data submitted and may suspend an account, limit access, hold back payouts, or end the partnership if information turns out to be false or misleading.
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their own login details private, and two-factor authentication is strongly encouraged; the Program is not responsible for losses caused by an Affiliate’s own carelessness. ColdBet Partners may end a partnership at any time, without giving a reason, and accounts cannot be sold or handed over to a third party without written approval. The Program can update this Agreement at any point without advance notice — the current version is always the one published on the website. This Agreement does not create any employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship, and Affiliates cannot sign anything or make promises on the Program’s behalf. Affiliates are fully responsible for their own websites, including legal compliance and copyright, and may not resell or sub-license ColdBet Partners offers. Any use of ColdBet Partners trademarks or logos requires prior written approval and must never be altered.
ColdBet Partners can ask an Affiliate to show where their traffic comes from at any time, and payouts can be paused until that information is provided. Depending on the channel, this might mean sharing a website URL, an ad example and screenshot, sample email content, or links to published posts. Translations must be supplied on request if promotional content isn’t in a supported language. Attribution follows a last-cookie-wins model.
Affiliates can run email campaigns using their own contact lists only if the source is disclosed and the email content is pre-approved; spam is strictly forbidden and can lead to termination without payment of accrued earnings. Brand-related traffic (including lookalike domains or sites that copy official branding) is treated under separate commission terms and requires prior written approval — using it without disclosure ends the partnership. Incentivized traffic, where users are paid or rewarded to convert, is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination without any outstanding payment.
The standard model is a dynamic RevShare ranging from 20% to 55%, calculated on net gaming revenue after payment and provider fees. CPA and Hybrid (CPA plus RevShare) arrangements are also available, set individually, and can be withdrawn with 24 hours’ notice. If an Affiliate on a fixed RevShare plan brings no new players for 30 days running, the rate can drop to the program minimum or the matching tier on the dynamic scale shown below.
| FTDs per period | RevShare |
|---|---|
| 0–9 | 20% |
| 10–24 | 25% |
| 25–34 | 30% |
| 35–44 | 35% |
| 45–54 | 40% |
| 55–99 | 45% |
| 100+ | 50% |
New partners may receive an introductory rate of up to 50% for the first one to two months, after which the rate adjusts to actual traffic volume. If player winnings exceed deposits in a given period, that period’s commission is zero, and any negative balance rolls into the next period. This carryover is waived once an Affiliate hits all of the following within one month: 1,000+ registrations, 300+ first deposits, $20,000+ in total deposits, and 500+ depositing players. Affiliates who bring in sub-affiliates earn a referral bonus of 3% to 5% of those sub-affiliates’ net revenue, and any rule violation by a sub-affiliate counts as a violation by the referring Affiliate. Each party handles their own taxes; the Program does not withhold or reimburse tax liabilities for either side.
Banners, logos, videos, and copy provided by ColdBet Partners may only promote ColdBet Partners projects, never unrelated ones, and logos can’t be altered in any way — a brand book is available from an account manager on request. Content taken from the casino site or affiliate dashboard must be rephrased before use; reusing it verbatim can lead to termination or reclassification as brand traffic. Email spam, paid ads on brand keywords, ClickUnder/PopUnder formats, and misleading claims about the casino or its bonuses are all strictly off-limits and can result in termination, commission cancellation, and forfeiture of balance. The Program can also ask for outdated materials (old links, screenshots, logos) to be refreshed, and payouts may be held until that happens.
Affiliates may not register on ColdBet Partners projects through their own referral links, nor may family, friends, employees, or anyone closely connected to them — doing so suspends both accounts and forfeits all funds. The Program can adjust an Affiliate’s balance to cover losses from fraudulent referred users, and payouts can be revoked in cases of fraud, multi-accounting, or unusual churn patterns. Misrepresenting traffic sources, abusive communication toward staff, or spreading false claims about the Program are all grounds for suspension or termination, and a suspected violation can mean a temporary hold while it’s investigated. Affiliates can present their side of any dispute, which the Program reviews in good faith, though its final decision stands.
Payouts follow the schedule set in each individual Offer — typically NET 7, 15, 30, or 60 — depending on traffic quality and volume. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment details accurate and can only update them through their account or a request sent from their registered email. Commissions accrue once client payment is confirmed in the Program’s reporting system, calculated as a share of net gaming revenue under the Affiliate’s chosen model. The minimum withdrawal is €50 for e-wallets and €500 for bank transfers, payment details can be changed up to five business days before a billing cycle ends, and the Program may delay payouts for new Affiliates or where player activity looks irregular. Fewer than five referred players before a first payout request can trigger extra verification. Commissions continue for the life of the partnership as long as the Affiliate stays in compliance with this Agreement.
During the partnership and for six months after it ends, Affiliates agree not to poach the Program’s staff, clients, or partners, or to offer competing services to the Program’s clients.
Not enforcing a clause immediately doesn’t waive ColdBet Partners’ right to enforce it later. Verbal promises or staff suggestions don’t change this Agreement — only updates published on the website do.
The Program offers no guarantees around profitability or uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or reputational harm, nor for delays caused by events outside its control (government action, natural disasters, power outages, third-party failures, and similar circumstances).
ColdBet Partners can transfer its rights under this Agreement without an Affiliate’s consent, while an Affiliate needs written approval to do the same. Notices are considered delivered once sent to the contact details on file. If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the Agreement still stands, and this Agreement supersedes any earlier oral or written arrangement. Where the English and Russian versions differ, English prevails.
